Add option to collapse or left anchor AI Assistant (Elle) while actively working on a page

What is the challenge?

• When an Elle panel is open on a page, there is no way to resize or partially collapse that panel to allow more space for working on the page itself.

What is the impact?

• If you are working on a report or detailed record drawer, you might need more space on the screen for certain tasks. You may want to keep your Elle chat active during this so you can refer back to it or ask it follow-up questions, but there's currently no way to collapse or resize the Elle panel without fully closing it out.

Describe your idea.

• Add a way to minimize Elle without having to close a chat. Bringing back the collapse button or a way to drag and drop to resize the panel would be great.
