Add child release filtering to roll‑up Gantt views

What is the challenge?

• In the Releases → Gantt → “Releases, epics, and features” view with roll‑up (parent) releases, it is not possible to choose which child releases appear under a given roll‑up.

• Current release/workspace filters apply at the workspace/line‑release level, so I cannot keep a parent roll‑up visible while hiding only some of its related child releases.

What is the impact?

• It is difficult to create audience‑specific leadership views of the roadmap (e.g., only certain regions, business lines, or priorities) while maintaining the same roll‑up release for context.

• This would let me reuse the same roll‑up structure but create multiple Gantt variants for leadership and other stakeholders. In my Aha! presentations

• Add the ability to filter child releases independently within roll‑up Gantt views. For example, currently there are: Roll-up release category within the filter, there should also be "Child-release", and there I could select the name of the release I want to include in the report
