Option to apply card customizations changes to all users in a workspace

What is the challenge?

- Within a workspace it's helpful to have consistency with the board views, including the card customizations. This avoids confusing stakeholders.

What is the impact?

- Currently, if the default card customizations are updated, then each user would need to know to reset to the default. This creates extra coordination and steps and is up to each user to revert to the default.

Describe your idea

- Allow for the option to have changes to the default card customization be applied to all users in a workspace.
