Make the rejection comment on approvals more visible

When an approval is rejected it can be unclear for other users to see where to find the rejection comment and why it was rejected.

Users are unclear where to find why an approval is rejected, resulting in additional questions/time to check with others.

A separate report can display the approval status and comment, but navigating to a separate report is additional steps. The need is to make this more visible on the record where the approval exists.

Allow for the rejection comment be more visible (e.g. from the to-do tab, or on the record, without needing additional clicks).
