What is the challenge? |
Teams conducting interviews often have very structured questions/tasks that they want to work through during and interview, and results that they want to analyse. During an interview the team conducting the discussion may want to capture scores and take notes in a structured format (per task and question) -- Like a survey tool. Then use Aha! to cross-check recorded results. |

What is the impact? |
This can help to highlight and reconcile any mismatches in results between interviewers (why did interviewer A think X and interviewer B think Y). What the interviewers heard can then also be cross referenced with what was recorded within the transcript analysis. If there is a clear answer that is recorded. If there is a clear disparity that is also recorded and highlighted within insights. |
Describe your idea |
A structured “questionnaire-like” UI where interviewers can enter numeric scores and qualitative notes per task/ question. These would ideally be hidden entries at first to avoid bias. Once the interview is complete and scores captured, Interview leaders can use Aha! to analyze findings. |
