Support old workspace IDs in chat record pills

Challenge

The AI chat experience does not create record pills when users paste or type record IDs that use an old workspace prefix. This is inconsistent with the editor, where pasting links to those same records correctly creates pills.

Impact

This makes it harder to reference legacy records in chat-based workflows and forces users to manually navigate or work around missing pills.

The inconsistency between chat and the editor creates confusion and slows down conversations that involve older records.

Proposed solution

Apply the same pill creation logic used in the editor to the chat so that any valid record ID or link generates a record pill consistently.
