Enhance Aha! Automation with Bulk Management, Advanced Logic & Account-Level Controls

We would like improvements to Aha! automation to make it more scalable and efficient across workspaces.

1. Bulk Automation Management
Allow bulk select and move/copy of automation rules across workspaces to reduce manual setup time.

2. Account-Level Automation
Create automation at the account level and choose which workspaces it applies to (all or selected). This avoids recreating the same automation in every workspace and ensures consistency.

3. Advanced IF/ELSE Logic
Enable conditional logic such as:
IF multiple conditions are satisfied → apply Action A
ELSE → apply Action B
This will allow smarter and more flexible workflows.

4. Delivery Risk-Based Automation
Allow automation rules based on Delivery Risk (e.g., Work Overdue). Example: If Work Overdue → escalate, update health, or notify owner.

5. End Date + Status Logic
If initiative/epic end date has passed AND status is not Done or Cancelled → automatically update status, health, or notify stakeholders.

These enhancements will reduce manual effort, improve governance, prevent missed deadlines, and help teams work faster and more consistently.
