Be able to send out an email every two weeks not just one Merged

What is the challenge?

Sprints are 2 weeks - it would be nice to be able to schedule the webpage to email every two weeks

What is the impact?

cannot utilize the scheduled email capability for web page

If you can give the "weekly" value a number like 1,2,3 we can set up the automatic email to be every 2 weeks or every 3 weeks according to the sprint cycle.
