Add Integration updates and errors to record history

Integration updates and errors primarily appear within the integration logs. These are separate to the records, meaning it can be hard to relate them back to the relevant record.

It can be difficult to track down integration errors and identify which records they correspond to. This makes identifying problems difficult and fixing issues time consuming.

Log integration failures directly within a record’s history -- clearly categorizing the history as being related to an integration and with clear warnings regarding any issues.

Then expose these types of history logs in reports so admins could use the existing 90 day record history as the single place to see who changed what and when, plus any associated integration failures.
