New Idea Automation options for adding Watcher and Emailing

As the Product Owner, I want to be automatically added as a Watcher to an Idea when upon created, so that I receive notifications if the Idea is modified.

I am a new Product Owner, and there are many Ideas out there on which I am not a watcher. I have done a Mass Change to add myself on currently existing ones, but have to remember to go in add myself on any new ones.

My end-goal is to receive email notifications anytime an Idea is modified.

In Automation of an Idea, add ability to set up and update the field of watcher, and also add the ability to send an email.
