Tracking Epic Start Dates: Parking Lot to Active Release Transition

We are looking for a date field that tracks when a release moves from the parking lot to an active release. We currently measure metrics for epics starting from the date they move to the prioritization status. However, if an epic is in a parking lot release with a prioritization status, we don't want to start the clock until the epic moves to an active release.

Adding a date field to track when a release moves from the parking lot to an active release will improve the accuracy of our epic metrics. By capturing the actual transition to an active release, we can better measure cycle times. This change will provide more reliable data for planning, forecasting, and identifying process improvements, ultimately supporting more informed decision-making.
