Add the Capacity feature's 'reference estimate in' field to bulk edit option in list report

What is the challenge?	we need to update all of our releases in all workspaces to reference the estimates in Initial estimate only. The only place we can change this configuration is within each individual release in each individual workspace. This cannot be done in bulk - and we have hundreds of releases to update.
