Contacts field (Similar to Users field)

We use Ideas as an internal business requests and only sales managers are allowed to create them. The sales managers are not always able to follow the technical discussions, and we need a technical contact to be identified.

Since we don't have all our people as AHA users, we cannot use the Users field.Using a text field doesn't provide the best user experience and recognition of our technical people.

Create a Contacts field that uses the Contacts database.
