What is the challenge?	Large volumes of customer feedback is often spread across many external systems (surveys, in‑product feedback, support tools, data warehouses, etc.). Today Aha! AI can only reason over data that is stored in Aha!, so feedback data must be synced or replicated into Aha! to use AI effectively across disparate sources.
What is the impact?	Complex feedback ecosystems cannot easily use Aha! AI as a single place to query and interact with “all” customer feedback. Integrations/partial replication of data into Aha! must be managed
