Analytics are difficult to find and organize

When I want to change my dashboard for my ideas portal, or I just want to create reports and have the easily accessible, its unclear how to do it.

Usability/Frustration

Either improve the docs or improve the ui for editing the default dashboard of a portal. I can add a panel, but I can't save it. I can save it as a new view, but then I always have to navigate to views>example views and all there is to see is a flat list, no organization.

Then there are all my list reports and charts, There is no easy place in the menu where I can see all of them.
