Add support for aggregate logic in automations (e.g., parent status based on all child record statuses)

Aha! currently supports automations that trigger when a single child record changes state (e.g., “If an epic becomes At Risk → mark the parent initiative At Risk”). However, Aha! cannot support the inverse logic — resetting the initiative back to On Track — because automations cannot evaluate the collective status of related records.

Specifically, Aha! automations cannot:

• Count related records (e.g., number of At-Risk child epics)

• Evaluate conditions across all related records (e.g., all epics On Track)

• Trigger automated changes on a parent record based on aggregate child logic

• Increment/decrement numeric fields to maintain counters

This makes it impossible to automatically reset an initiative’s status when all of its epics are back on track (for example), even though this is a common program and portfolio management need.

Enhance automations to support aggregate logic — or enabling formula fields in worksheets across tiers — would allow initiative-level status rollups to behave consistently and accurately without manual intervention.
