Additional strategy roadmap formatting options

Users are not able to expand the height of timeline bars in the strategic roadmap and are not able to customize the data shown on the bar

limited customization preventing some users from sharing this view with their stakeholders

Allow users to change the bar height and customize field information that would be visible on the bar itself
