Allow users to restrict list report details for chart drill-in

Right now, there is a setting to allow webpage users to click on chart items to examine individual records, but that displays a full list report of all the data points in that chart object. There is no way to customize those details if you want to show less detail as adjusting the list report also changes the chart visual

Users cannot customize what additional details they decide to share with webpage viewers

Allow the details to be configurable without altering the core list report object that powers the chart visual as these data sets might vary internally versus externally
