Enable record drill in for chart details

Right now the record drill in option for charts shared as a webpage are not allowing any record drill in even though the manage webpage section gives you the option to configure fields for the drill in modal

Confusing user experience and the settings don't work for shared webpages for chart

users should be able to do record drill-in from the list report that populates when clicking on to a chart detail
