Make feature "Type" field available in change log report filter

What is the challenge?	While on the the history report, I cannot filter on changes to the standard feature "Type" field.
What is the impact?	Teams are limited on what they can filter on to quickly assess changes to certain fields.
Describe your idea	Enable the feature "Type" field in the "History changes" filter.
