Set idea status change dates via CSV import or API

We need to be able to report on all our ideas:

• The time in each status cumulatively

• The time between specific status transitions

But when we migrate existing ideas into Aha! Ideas, we lose the historical data on status changes.

The workaround today is to build many custom fields for storing all these dates. This makes reporting in Aha! difficult to understand for these important business metrics.

The reason we love Aha! is that reviewers can make their own reports, but the custom fields workaround will be too confusing for them and create an unscalable support burden internally.

The API should support setting the transition dates for each status that an idea has been through.

That way we can report with the built-in columns that Aha! Ideas already provides for these metrics.
