Add ability to customize system state values when importing records

Very often records fail to be imported due to record status not matching the default Aha values

When importing records Aha currently defaults to [System.State] in ('Active', 'New'). I would like to be able to change those default values. For instance, we frequently have epics or features marked 'In Progress' in ADO. In Aha the user always has to remember to change the values when importing, which is frequently missed and leads to missing records between the two systems. We should be able to set default values.
