Make custom field layout descriptions in workspace settings wider to display the full title (even when locked by a workspace template)

When custom field layouts are inherited and locked by a workspace template, the layout selector truncates the layout name. As a result, users cannot see the full custom field layout title, making it difficult to understand which layout is applied and why.

This is especially problematic in environments with multiple similar layouts where the distinguishing words / versions are often at the end of the layout name.

• Reduced clarity and confidence for workspace and record users trying to understand their configuration

• Extra steps needed to then go and create a settings report or view the workspace template config

Increase the width of the custom field layout description/display area so the full layout title is visible, even when the layout is inherited and locked by a workspace template. There is plenty of real estate in this area to show full custom field layout names to validate settings.
