Add Initiative and Epic estimation association columns to workspace settings report

The workspace settings report only shows the Features-level estimation association setting. To verify Initiative and Epic estimation settings are consistent across workspaces, admins must manually check each workspace's capacity planning settings.

Add two additional columns to the workspace settings report:

• Planning estimate association - Initiatives

• Planning estimate association - Epics
