Certain teams might have external tools, such as browser extensions used for training guides, that require specific access to using the microphone, camera, or location options within Aha!

The standard Aha! Permissions Policy blocks this type of use.

This prevents teams from utilizing these tools to create internal documentation or other artifacts within Aha!, though these tools might be approved for their use otherwise.
