What is the challenge? |
Research teams maintain pools of participants they contact multiple times throughout the year. Currently, Discovery only shows "last contacted" and "last interview" dates, making it impossible to see the full history of outreach attempts, no-shows, responses/non-responses, and overall engagement patterns with each participant. |

What is the impact? |
Teams resort to manual spreadsheet tracking to avoid over-contacting participants and to identify engagement patterns (e.g., which participants are responsive vs. frequently no-shows). This defeats the purpose of centralizing research in Discovery and creates extra administrative overhead. |
Describe your idea |
dd a chronological activity log to participant records that automatically captures:
This would give researchers visibility into full participant engagement history when planning new studies and help them make informed decisions about who to contact. |
