Better visibility to idea attachments

Our product management team is having a hard time identifying there are attachments submitted by the customer on the idea records, especially if the image has a lot of white space on it.

Extra administrative time for product managers, operations to understand the content of the idea.
Extra time spent by product management and our customers to re-engage with the customer (asking for more details).

Draw more attention to the attached files, other than the small icon that current exists. Highlight it or make it larger.
