AI Autofill custom field

For Product Managers, filing AHA! often requires significant time and effort - especially when numerous custom fields must be completed to support different stakeholders. Many of these fields are repetitive, context-based, or only indirectly related to core PM work.

Similar to Notion, AHA AI could automatically populate custom fields on tickets, releases, or ideas based on context and predefined logic. This could include:

• Prompt-based autofill, where a field is generated using a short instruction (e.g., “Generate a GTM-ready summary of this ticket/ release”).

• Intelligent field selection, such as automatically choosing a value in a multiple-choice field based on conditions or historical patterns (useful for idea intake and categorization).

To maintain transparency and trust, AI-populated fields should be clearly labeled as such, allowing users to review, edit, or override the content as needed. Also autoupdate and manual refresh should be available to reduce token consumption

This approach would increase field adoption, reduce manual work, and ensure stakeholders receive consistent, timely updates - while freeing PMs to focus on strategic work.
