Display goal colors in list report columns

When goals are added as a field to records (epics, features, etc.) in list reports, only the goal name appears with grey background- the goal color doesn't display. |

We tied our positioning and strategy down through to our goals. Part of the way we tie this together / group them is by using the strategy coloring to color code the goals to indicate where the goals are associated up the stream. Having the goal color then pass down to the report helps to provide a better visual indicator of how the goals for that feature align with the overally strategy and moves up the ladder from there.
