What is the challenge? |
We currently have one internal Aha! Ideas portal where technical teams submit ideas from our customers. Ideas are prompted to Aha! records in different workspaces (not the ideas portal). The Aha! record is then linked to Jira work item which can't currently be displayed to the idea submitter. The challenge we’re trying to solve: |

What is the impact? |
This would improve transparency, reduce back-and-forth communication, and eliminate manual effort to share Jira links after ideas are promoted. Submitters would gain immediate visibility into engineering progress, which supports better collaboration, builds trust in the idea process, and helps teams stay aligned without needing additional licenses or administrative work. |
Describe your idea |
We would like promoted ideas in our internal Aha! Ideas portal to display the linked Jira work item, ideally as a clickable link, so users who submitted ideas can easily see the Jira issue associated with their submission. Many submitters have Jira access but do not have access to the Aha! workspace, so surfacing the Jira link directly on the idea record would allow them to follow progress without needing manual sharing or additional permissions. |
