Show Feature Goals as a link in the Prioritization list report

Currently, Feature Goals show as a tag when included in a Feature Prioritization list report. Unlike Initiatives that appear as a link. This means that Feature Goals cannot be expanded and opened in a details drawer to view details of the related Feature Goals, unlike Initiatives can.

Currently, you cannot create secondary record links from Features to Goals to include the Goals Name record as a column in the Feature Prioritization report

To view Feature Goal details you have to expand the feature and click on the Feature Goal from the record drawer as a second click, taking longer to view Feature Goal details

1. Show Feature Goals similar to how Initiative Name shows as a link to enable opening the Goal record as a drawer

2. Include the Goal record as a secondary record in the report hierarchy to be able to pull in Goal Name into the Feature Prioritization report
