Allow proxy voting, but prevent idea submission in Salesforce

In some cases, you may want Salesforce users to submit proxy votes on existing ideas, but not create brand-new ideas. Today, there is no way to block Salesforce users from creating ideas. You can hide the idea submission option in the ideas portal using CSS, but the "Create new idea" button in the Salesforce widget still remains available.

There is no way to prevent Salesforce users from submitting new ideas when the Salesforce integration is active.

Add a setting to disable or inactivate the "Create new idea" button in the Salesforce widget while still allowing Salesforce users to submit proxy votes on existing ideas.
