Group custom layout types in settings

In Settings > Account > Custom layouts, the primary record types are listed by default and additional layout types are show in a "More" menu. The layout types in the "More" menu do not seem to be grouped in logical way. For example, the "Ideas portal - proxy votes" option is far removed from the other ideas layout types.

It is a bit harder to find the right layout type quickly than it could be.
