Add Export and Pagination Controls to the Knowledge Management Views page

Currently, the Knowledge Management Views page does not offer a way to export data directly. Additionally, we cannot control how many items are displayed per page. These limitations make it difficult to manage, analyze and share large sets of data efficiently.

Without these features:

• Internal reporting and analysis require manual workarounds, increasing time and effort.

• Limited pagination options reduce usability and make it harder to review or analyze large volumes of content.

Add two key enhancements to the Knowledge Management Views page:

• Export Functionality: Provide an option to export data from Views page as a report (e.g., CSV, Excel, or PDF) so we can easily share or analyze data outside the platform.

• Pagination Controls: Allow us to select how many items to display per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100) for better navigation and flexibility when working with large datasets.
