Smartsheet Integration - Multi-line Text Field Integration Issue

1. Formatted text in Aha "Note" field becomes html format in Smartsheet "Number/Text" field after sending the data through Smartsheet integration. For example:

• This is an update from Aha

Data received in Smartsheet Number/Text field

2. Formatted text in Smartsheet "Number/Text" field loses color/bold/italic formatting in Aha "Note" field after sending the data through Smartsheet integration. For example:

• This is an update from Aha

Data received in Aha Note field

• This is an update from Aha

Impact: High (No workaround available)

Formatted text becomes unreadable after sending from Aha to Smartsheet

We regard this as a bug that should be fix, especially for the Aha -> Smartsheet sync.
