Allow connecting a Key Result to a Release from the Key Result; editing 'belongs to' relationship

Currently, in order to map a Key Result to a Release, I have to do so from the Release only. When there is more than one Key Result to map to a release, this becomes fairly cumbersome with the editor. As new Key Results are added, the user must tab over to the Release and search for them there, rather than just adding the right release as one works on the Key Result.

Increased busywork while mapping Key Results to Releases.

Either add a 'Release' field on the Key Result that allows for setting the 'belongs to' relationship. Or, allow for adding the 'belongs to' relationship directly in the Related tab.
