Add Link to Feedback on Salesforce Plugin

When viewing feedback in Salesforce, tables don’t render very user-friendly. It would be helpful to have a link to the portal view of the item for quicker review.

The Salesforce plugin renders tables poorly, making it difficult to view feedback in a clear, formatted way. You have to take note of the ID, then manually navigate to the feedback item in the portal to view it in a better format.

Add a hyperlink to the portal view of each feedback item within the Salesforce plugin.
