Salesforce Module to Support Rich Text

The current salesforce plugin does not support rich text fields well.

This makes for a poor and confusing viewing experience for those trying to submit proxy votes.

Better support rich text fields in this view. Like you, we use a table for submissions. The table does not render in the plugin view.
