When submitting an idea, suggest similar ideas from any workspace linked to the portal

Similar ideas appear when you start typing a new idea in a portal. However, when an ideas portal is linked to multiple workspaces, you only see similar ideas for the workspace you have selected.

This assumes that the user has selected the correct workspace where a similar idea may have been submitted. If they choose the wrong workspace, they lose visibility into similar ideas in other workspaces that are available in the same portal.

Similar ideas can be easy to miss.

If an idea could span several products and each product workspace is linked to the portal, users are more likely to submit duplicate ideas when they select a different workspace to apply the idea to.

Add an option in portal settings to decide whether similar ideas should be filtered by workspace or show all similar ideas in the portal, regardless of workspace.
