Expose EPIC Date Calculation Method for Automations

When we plan we do it initially with EPICs. In order to have any ability to gauge the feasibility of dependencies, we set the date calculation method for them to Manual allowing us to specify when they should complete. As we move forward and develop those EPICs further breaking them down into features, we want to change the mode to From Features, but as the mode is not exposed, we cannot do that with an automation based on the creation of the first feature under that EPIC.

The calculation mode must be changed manually resulting in many data hygiene issues and loss of executive confidence in Aha roadmaps.
