Support relinking integrated records at scale

Integration links can be lost for a variety of reasons. For organizations with a large number of records, it is not realistic to manually relink or reimport their backlog when this happens.

Supporting teams who need to move records or projects becomes inefficient and time-consuming, especially when integration links must be manually restored.

Provide a scalable way to relink records. This could include a dedicated utility or the ability to manage relinking in bulk via CSV import.
