Add an option to clone the epic without child tasks

What is the challenge?	I want to split an epic for next Q, and i do not need to carry over the tasks that are already in progress.
What is the impact?	I need to use ugly workarounds or just clone in Jira, so Aha is useless for me.
Describe your idea	simply, add an y/n option to clone with child tasks.
