Add "Reload options" button to ADO Integration wizard pages for Project and Area

If an ADO user has done things like add new projects, or add new area paths to their projects, the only way to see these in the selection dropdowns for the integration wizard is to go back and re-submit the previous step.

Users would be able to self-serve updating their integrations without having to move around screens, or contacting support to get the issue diagnosed.

It would be great to have an option to reload those options without leaving that page of the wizard.
