Enable dynamic "Current workspace" filtering for custom saved views in workspace templates

Custom saved views set as workspace template defaults don't dynamically filter to the current workspace like Aha!'s built-in default views do. If I save a customized Features Workflow board view, it shows whatever static workspace filter I saved - not the current workspace users are viewing.

Users see features and statuses from the wrong workspaces, causing confusion. We must either lose our customizations by using Aha!'s default view, or create separate default views for each workspace (not scalable), or train users to manually adjust filters every time.

Add a "Current workspace" option to the Workspace Name filter when saving views. When selected, the saved view would dynamically filter to show only the workspace the user is currently viewing - just like built-in default views do. This would let us create standardized custom views that still respect workspace context.
