In the "Value" sort the release sensible

There is a bug which means releases shown in the value chart is effectively in a random order (actually based on date last updated I was told)

Loss confidence. Impossible to see trend of whether value delivered is increasing or decreasing over time.

Fix the bug. Sort them sensibly - based on release date or just the release names
