Allow merging Aha! users into portal users

We already have the option to merge portal users into Aha! users, but there are scenarios where the reverse would be helpful. If a team wants to revoke internal Aha! access for certain users but keep them as portal users, or if they are switching to an Ideas only account, there is a need to keep users associated with the ideas they submitted originally and allow them to stay connected to those ideas in the portal.

Currently, if internal Aha! access is revoked, those users may still have (or create) valid portal user accounts. Even when using the same email, they are disconnected from the ideas they submitted while they had internal access.

An option to merge internal users into portal users (perhaps a "merge into" option along with the current merge option). Ideally, this would be possible to do in bulk, especially if email addresses match up.
