Enable paid seat user filtering for user management

What is the challenge?	With Aha!'s growing product suite, we may have many hundreds of users and some folks may have paid seats for specific add-ons i.e. Develop, Teamwork, Whiteboards, Knowledge, or Discovery. Currently, you're not able to quickly filter on the users list page. This data is available with a Users CSV export but this is manual and an extra step
