Add tabs to dashboards Merged

What is the challenge?	Dashboards are a great way of consolidating and focussing stakeholders and participants but they quickly become unwieldy to navigate
What is the impact?	Lots of scrolling to get to what you need
Describe your idea	Add tabs (like the new tabbed views) so you can have multiple dashboard canvasses all behind the one Dashboard or web URL
