The only way to see AI Credits assigned and credits used is on the Users grid. |

As we rollout the new AI Assistant enterprise wide, managing Credit assignment and Credit usage is important. Having to scroll through pages of users to see details, and not being able to extract and process, is very inefficient. |

This is now available in Aha! Roadmaps.
When you export the Users Activity csv from account settings, the downloaded .csv file now includes three new columns:
AI Credits Assigned
AI Credits Used, and
Last AI activity.
AI Credits Assigned and AI Credits Used reflect each user's current credit allocation and consumption at the time of export. Last AI activity shows the most recent date that user submitted a prompt to Elle, the AI assistant in Aha! software. Users who have never used Elle will show a blank value in that column.
We hope this gives you better visibility into how your team is using Elle.
