Allow adding overall AI interview summary to the "Highlights" section and reports
What is the challenge? |
The "Summary" option under the AI Assistant heading for an interview creates a helpful summary of the overall interview. There is no way to pull that summary into the "Highlights" section or into reports generated from Discovery. |

What is the impact? |
It would be helpful to include the overall Summary (and perhaps also the Sentiment) in the Highlights section as well so it can be reported on both within the interview and across interviews. While it's possible to select the whole transcript and run the summarize action on it, those results aren't as effective and are intended to summarize only shorter snippets. |

Once that Summary is generated, it could either automatically feed into the "Summary" section in the Highlights area, or have the option to click to pull it through. Same for the Sentiment - perhaps that could go in as a Learning? |

Having the Summary and Sentiment in reporting would be extremely helpful. The Summarize with AI option doesn't paint an accurate picture of the interview; however, the Summary with the AI Assistant does, but you can not pull this into reports.
